Patch Application

How do I apply the patch?

Items you will need:

• Iron
• Ironing Board
• Your custom iron-on patch
• Clean washcloth or tea towel

Instructions:

1. Make sure that the clothing that you are applying the custom insignia to is washed , cleaned and dry. Make sure the clothing is wrinkle-free. The clothing must be smooth because the patch may not adhere properly or might gather the clothing when the patch is applied.
2. Make sure your iron is on and set to the correct settings to match the type of material of your clothing. IE, If your clothing is a cotton material make sure the iron is set to cotton because you don’t want to burn or damage your clothing.
3. Iron the area where you want your embroidered patch to be for about 10 seconds.
4. Then your going to place the custom patch on the heated area and then you will cover the insignia with a washcloth or a tea towel. Move the Iron over the washcloth or tea towel in a slow circular motion for about 90 seconds.
5. Lift the washcloth or tea towel to make sure that the patch is being applied correctly, if the patch is applying correctly you can proceed to Step 6, if the patch is not adhering to the material you will need to start over again with a new patch.
6. Turn the clothing inside out , you will then iron the emblem again for about 30 seconds. Make sure to move the iron in a slow circular motion.
7. Remove washcloth or tea towel and let the article of clothing cool. Give your clothing and your new patch the “movement test” and make sure your patch can withstand your regular body movements.
8. Enjoy your new patch!

Are there any other methods to applying the patch?

When will my package be shipped?

Packages will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately not - once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled

I'm missing an item listed on my packing slip.

Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us.

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including return costs are non-refundable.

Since we offer exclusive in store and online offers, they sometimes differ. Please note that online prices cannot be matched in store.
